Lofty and Tezza decide to take a Christmas Cruise with their wives. It’s a peace offering after the debacle of the road trip and as both have similar anniversary dates the pair decides to try and make it a romantic getaway. Of course it turns out to be anything but and the pair gets into strife with passengers and crew, get left ashore in one port having to catch up at the next island hop. Lofty borrows a seaplane and causes all sorts of trouble whilst Tezza embarrassed himself with his aging Speedos by the pool. The pair manages to insult some Americans and pensioner, get into a fight over deck chairs and initiate a food fight. The wives disown them and the pair runs up a huge bar bill which they manage to sign off somehow. This is another romp through the adventures and disasters that beset these two aging ex submariners. Their attitude to life and irreverence shine through it all and endears them to many on the cruise whilst inflaming others not used to submariners sense of fun and humour. Go ahead, have a read, bet you can identify with some of the antics in this book.This book is dedicated to all those former and current serving submariners who have been there and done that.
